At Honeywell's Annual Customer Meeting in San Juan, Puerto Rico, the integration of the Honeywell front-end RSI with the SoftGuard system was announced. During the two days of the great event, attendees could witness a live demonstration of the operation of our desktop platform with the video system.

In the latest update of the SoftGuard Suite, the function of sending push notifications or instant messaging is incorporated during the attention of an event. The process is simple and intuitive, the operator must select the SmartPanics contacts to whom notifications will be sent and a new tab will open to load the corresponding message.
