On many occasions, you have had the need to know all the details involved in the management of an event that turned out to be conflictive for your company. You might need to know exactly what instructions the customer gave the operator and how the operator answered and consequently acted.
The SG LOGGER module allows you to have full control over all the phone calls received or made by the monitoring station.
All the calls are captured by the interfaces provided with the SG LOGGER, which digitalizes them and store them in a compressed MP3 format.
This system also provides an important tool to supervise the quality of the work done by the operators and the response given to the customers.
Each recording is related to the customer and to the alarm event that cause the comunication for its future identification, which is very simple and fast.
