Many times you have had the need to get to know all the details about the management of an event that turned to be a conflict for your company. You need to know exactly what instructions the customer gave the operator and how the operator answered and what he did.

The SG LOGGER module allows you to have full control over all the phone calls received or made by the monitoring station.

All the calls are captured by the interfaces provided with the SG LOGGER, which digitalizes them and stores them in a compressed MP3 format.

This system also provides an important tool to supervise the work done by the operators as far as customer service and answer to clients is concerned.

Each recording are related to the customer and to the alarm event which originated the communication so that it can be searched later on, what makes the whole process much simpler and fast.
