SG Billing and Charging
It automatically issues the invoices for the services provided to the customers based on table fees and according to each customer’s contract. The invoices can be generated according to customers or dealers and groups or types of fee. With this system, a useful billing control can be done, showing current accounts’ balance, fees, charged or due to be charged services, credit default reports, warning the monitoring operator.
The SG MoneyGuard Module was designed to automatize the billing and charging process and to have the system linked to the monitoring area and everything under the same central database.
It carries out product and service automatic and manual invoicing, accounts check-up to ensure all customers will receive an invoice, debtor customer check-up and automatic notification to the monitoring area (in the event that a monitoring signal enters and it is a debtor customer, the operator will be able to see a “debtor customer” notice on the screen).
It also keeps a record of handmade charging and charges for payments on account; it allows the classification of invoices into: zone, seller, money collector and also % of commissions on sales for each seller. In addition to this, it allows the creation of “Invoicing news”, that is to say, invoicing products or services that may not be related to the monitoring service, for example, the sale of a camera for CCTV, etc.
It also allows the uploading of products, services (types), payment conditions (cash, 30 days invoicing date, etc) and payments forms (credit card, debit card, cash, bank deposit, etc);
This module comprises the management of products in stock to be invoiced (entering, exiting, movements); and the issuing of reports: per client, invoicing condensation, current account of clients per dates, pending debt per expiring date, charging to be done, billing per seller, charging per charger, cas movement report, expired debt report, etc.
